Booking Policy

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This goes toward your final total.
• Arrive on time! A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After that, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled.
• No extra guests or children unless being serviced. This helps keep the vibe stress-free and focused.
  

❌ CANCELLATION / NO SHOW POLICY 

• Need to cancel or reschedule? Please do so at least 24 hours in advance.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before will result in loss of deposit.

• No shows will be charged 100% of the service and may be restricted from booking in the future.

📲 How to Pay:

• Deposit is paid online during booking or via Zelle/Cash App (details provided after booking).
• Appointments without a deposit will not be confirmed.

•  You may reschedule ONCE using your original deposit if done more than 24 hours in advance.

• A second reschedule will require a new deposit.
